Returns:

At Vita Isola, we strive to offer the best conversation pieces.

We are pleased to accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date for all unworn and unused items, with tags, in their original packaging, and with proof of purchase. 

To start a return, follow the following steps:

1. Contact us at support@vitaisola.com.
2. On the message, please include the order number & the item number if more than one item. On the drop-down menu, select “Return.”
3. We’ll send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. 

 

Damaged Merchandise:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong article so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: 

Certain items are non-returnable. Earrings are non-returnable items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific article.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

 

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received your return. We’ll automatically refund your original payment method minus the return shipping cost. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
